These terms are meant to be short and readable. They explain the basic rules for using Funnable without pretending this is a giant enterprise product.
Using Funnable
Use Funnable in a normal, respectful way. Do not try to break the service, scrape it, spam it, or use it for anything illegal.
Do not upload or generate content that you do not have the right to use. If you publish something on Funnable, you are responsible for it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts, assets, and game content you create or upload.
You give us permission to host, process, and display that content so the product can work. If you publish a game publicly, other people may be able to view it, play it, and share its link.
The service
Funnable is an MVP and it will change a lot. Features may appear, disappear, or break, and we may pause or shut down parts of the service at any time.
We provide Funnable "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses that come from using or relying on the service.
Ending access
You can stop using Funnable at any time.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts if we think they are abusive, illegal, risky, or harmful to other users or to the product.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If you keep using Funnable after an update, that means you accept the new terms.
